exile resign

Syntax: exile \<character\>
Syntax: resign

'Exile' is used by the Overlord of a clan to cast somebody out of the clan.
The player does not need to be on the game for this command to work.

'Resign' is used by a player to leave a clan.

After being exiled or resigning you can't be initiated as a member of a clan
for 14 or 28 days, respectively.  However, the 'join' command is
always available.
