'general purpose' 'high explosive'

Syntax: cast 'high explosive'  \<victim\>
Syntax: cast 'general purpose' \<victim\>

These spells are for the use of high level thieves and warriors.  Both 
'high explosive' and 'general purpose' spells inflict damage upon a 
specific victim, the higher the level spell the more damage it does.
