initiate

Syntax: initiate \<character\>

'Inititate' is used by the Overlord or Chieftain of a clan to make
somebody a member.  The player does not need to be on the game for this
command to work.

In order to be initiated the player must have petitioned the clan.  This
command is synonymous with 'petition accept'.

Chieftains may only initiate one person per day.
