madden

Syntax: cast madden \<victim\>

'Madden' enrages the target, causing it to run amok, attacking random 
players. 

The effect of this spell lasts until the target dies, although it has no 
effect on player characters or targets of a lower level than the caster.
  
Maddened mobiles can attack any viable targets, regardless of level.
