repair estimate

Syntax: repair <object>
Syntax: estimate <object>

'Repair' allows you to repair a weapon or piece of armour in order to 
extend its useful lifetime. In order to get an item repaired you must 
first find someone who is able to repair it for you.

'Estimate' allows you to get an estimation of what it will cost to repair
your equipment.
