general purpose high explosive

Syntax: cast 'high explosive'  <victim>
Syntax: cast 'general purpose' <victim>

These spells are for the use of high level thieves and warriors.  Both 
'high explosive' and 'general purpose' spells inflict damage upon a 
specific victim, the higher the level spell the more damage it does.
