steal

Syntax: steal coins from \<character\>
Syntax: steal \<object\> from \<character\>

'Steal' attempts to steal coins, or an object, from a character.

It is only possible to steal from another player if you are both members
of a player stealing clan.

In order to 'steal' successfully, you must practice the appropriate skill.
