fish unfish

Syntax: cast 'fish' <character>
Syntax: cast 'unfish' <character>

This spell turns the target character into a fish.  Whilst a fish the
character can only move from or to a room with water.  This spell is
considered to be offensive if cast on non group members.

'Unfish' does the reverse but is not offensive at this time.
